This page is designed to post images of cars of interest, other person’s cars that meet some of the design criteria Seabiscuit aspires to.

Paint Scheme Concept
Paint Scheme ConceptThe Le Mans cars’ paint schemes were bold and agressive. The paint scheme alludes to the racing origin of the GT6, placing the car squarely in the history motor racing. Seabiscuit will be a dark car with large white fields for adhering magnetic numbers for race events.

Mechanical Restoration
All parts of Seabiscuit will receive examination and restoration. A color scheme will be developed for all internal areas, perhaps differing from the original factory scheme. Seabiscuit is not a concourse restoration.

Exterior Engine Performance
Triple carburetors will be the minimum intake upgrades. Most high performance upgrades will be internal to the engine attempting to keep the external as simple as possible. A TR6 2500cc engine may replace the 2.0 liter original.

Exterior Finish
The exterior finish is deep and rich as dark finishes can produce. Seabiscuit’s color may stay Damson.

Interior Finishes
A light colored leather interior is being developed. A light orange leather is under consideration.
