Design/Build/Drive Strategy

In 1 on September 23, 2008 at 7:53 pm

The current strategy is to build a fast resto-mod in the 200+ HP range.  This may include supercharging, boring cylinders and porting and polishing the head in a RPM range for street use as well as high peformance long distance driving.  The first step is to build a complete car, currently the transmission is missing, and start driving it warts and all.  The plan also includes a new 5-speed transmission in the future.  We have a long range plan to make this into a beautiful car that doesn’t disappoint behind the wheel.

Seabiscuit the GT6+

This blog is dedicated to the restoration of a classic sports car, a 1970 Triumph GT6+.  Comments, if not informative or encouraging will be removed.  This is a very, very, very serious endeavor.  Something akin to deep sea exploration or finding life on Mars.  Though the naysayers abound in our society, Seabiscuit aims to show them all with a little encouragement and training, she will run with the best of them, again.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVT2MPNCqgM
